Part-Time Associate Consultant
Job Description:
Sethi Clarity Advisers is seeking motivated graduate students for the position of Part-Time Associate Consultant. The position is approximately 15-20 hours per week. Associate Consultants start at rate of $25/hour. Other incentives are based on performance and can be discussed during the interview process.
The primary role of the Associate Consultant is to support the business in all aspects of its work – servicing clients, conducting research, furthering business development, and performing administrative functions. Associate Consultants will get tremendous exposure to the financial industry and associated regulations and develop business, legal, communication, and organizational skills. Work is primarily remote with some in person meetings about once a week.
Special Considerations:
The CEO is blind. Hence, excellent communication skills and flexibility to assist with visual needs are required. Such needs include acting as a sighted guide when with the CEO in person, taking notes in meetings whether virtual or in person, checking camera angles and aesthetics, and providing other visual assistance as needed. Incidental tasks helping the CEO directly to access information on the internet or dealing with personal email could arise in the course of the work though are not expected to comprise a significant portion of the work.
Qualifications:
Experience with financial concepts is required. Compliance background is preferred. Facility with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Interest in AI –using it, creating it, and learning about it is required. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, organized, adaptable, and can work professionally both with a small team and independently.

Intern
Job Description:
Sethi Clarity Advisers is seeking motivated undergraduate students for the Intern position. The position is approximately 15-20 hours per week. Interns start as unpaid with potential to move to a paid position upon showing performance and developing experience.
The primary role of the Intern is to support the business in all aspects of its work – servicing clients, conducting research, furthering business development, and performing administrative functions. Interns will get tremendous exposure to the financial industry and associated regulations and develop business, legal, communication, and organizational skills. Work is primarily remote with some in person meetings about once a week.
Special Projects:
Intern will help with the improvement, automation, and promotion of several financial literacy programs including Freelancer Clarity and Small Business Clarity.
