About Sethi Clarity Advisers

Sethi Clarity Advisers, or SCA, is a boutique consulting firm established in 2018 led by Jasmin Sethi who is supported by 5-10 research contractors. SCA serves asset managers, financial data companies, financial technology companies, broker-dealers and Registered Investment Advisers, or RIAs, on a variety of regulatory matters. As CEO and founder of Sethi Clarity Advisers, Jasmin helps financial firms turn regulatory challenges into business opportunities.

Together with her team, Jasmin and SCA advocate for clients on policy matters through comment letters and meetings, advise on how to comply with and find opportunity in current regulations by developing policies and procedures that serve the client’s mission, partner on entrepreneurial endeavors to further product innovation inspired by financial regulation, and educate investors on complex financial issues. SCA’s work also includes highly-tailored, in-depth research to assist her clients in navigating a wide variety of complicated financial questions, as well as helping them acquire and create better investors through investor education and protection. By developing a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ core business needs, we are able to go the extra mile to create value.

Clients include Morningstar, Inc., Saifr, a compliance innovator being incubated by Fidelity Labs – and Blueprint Income – an annuities aggregator recently acquired by Mass Mutual, along with a number of financial technology companies in the start-up arena.  Alumni of SCA have worked at Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Lowenstein Sandler LLP, and Wall Street Blockchain Alliance.
