Development and Analysis of Regtech Software

The financial industry increasingly relies upon regulatory technology to advance their compliance with FINRA and SEC rules. SCA has worked with clients to build software to mitigate the costs of compliance with SEC and FINRA marketing rules. SCA has worked with Fidelity Lab to develop Saifr, a new cloud-based regulatory product that analyzes marketing communications for compliance with financial regulations.
